2020 Restricted Stakes Purses Increase
Oaklawn’s 2020 season begins Friday, Jan. 24, and continues through Saturday, May 2. The 57-day season will feature 33 stakes races worth a total of $10,700,000.Of the 33 races 15 received purse increases including four Arkansas-bred stakes.
The Downthedustyroad Breeders’, Nodouble Breeders’, Rainbow, and Rainbow Miss purses were each increased from $100,000 to $125,000. The purse of the Arkansas Breeders’ Championship will remain at $200,000. The entire 2020 stakes schedule is printed on page 10.
