Newsletter for January – March 2021
Here are some of the highlights from this issue…
Unlike the first part of the 2020 Oaklawn Park live meet, where spectators could come and go as they had always done in previous years, the last part was closed to outside spectators altogether. With hats off to Oaklawn and the Cella family, the horses were allowed to run and finish out the 2020 live meet.
In a News Release dated January 7, 2021, The Blood-Horse announced, beginning April 1, 2021, the publications is changing the frequency of its print magazine and tablet edition from weekly to monthly and adding a premium on-line service.
The January 2021 Edition of The ATBHA Horsemen’s Guide to Registered Arkansas Breds for Sale was finalized and mailed to ATBHA members whose 2020 dues were current. If your 2020 dues were not paid at the time of the mailing, you most likely didn’t receive a Horsemen’s Guide. If you would like one of the 2021 Guides that lists some registered Arkansas-breds for sale (yearlings, 2-year-olds and 3-year olds in 2021), please send an email to atbha@att.net or drop a note to ATBHA and one will be sent to you immediately.
