2023 was an election year for the ATBHA Board of Directors, the newly elected Directors for the 2023-2027 term were announced at the general membership meeting at Oaklawn Event Center April 7, 2023.

Oaklawn’s 68 day live meet closed on May 6, 2023. During the December-May meet, Oaklawn reported there were 100 restricted races and 6 restricted stakes races for a total of 106 races.
